Once your emails are sent, the "Launch" phase is over, and the "Optimization" phase begins. You don't need to guess if your strategy is working—the data is right at the top of your screen.

Real-time tracking helps you understand what's working and what needs improvement in your outreach strategy.

1. The Metrics Bar

Navigation: Open any active or completed campaign. Look at the colorful dashboard row at the very top.

If you enabled "Email Tracking" during the sending phase, this bar will update in real-time. Here is what the numbers mean:

Sent

The total number of emails successfully dispatched from the system.

Delivered Rate

The percentage of emails that actually landed in a mailbox (not blocked by the server).

A high delivered rate means your emails are reaching their intended recipients successfully.

Open Rate

The percentage of recipients who opened your email. A high open rate means your Subject Line was effective.

💡 Good Practice

Industry average open rates are typically 15-25%. If yours is higher, your subject lines are resonating well!

Click Rate

The percentage of people who clicked a link or opened an attachment (like your brochure). This indicates strong interest.

Click rate is a strong indicator of engagement. Recipients who click are showing genuine interest in your offering.

Bounce Rate

Emails that failed because the address was invalid. Keep this low by using the "Find Employee Contacts" feature carefully.

High bounce rates can damage your sender reputation. Always use verified contact information when possible.

Spam Rate

The percentage of emails marked as spam by recipients.

⚠️ Important

Keep your spam rate below 0.1% to maintain a good sender reputation. High spam rates can get your domain blacklisted.
